Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of LevantCash. By creating an account and actively accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Platform operator
LevantCash is currently operated by Kifah Alhussein in an individual capacity in the United Arab Emirates.
A legal entity is intended to be incorporated at a later stage. Operation of the platform and related rights and obligations may be transferred to that entity after users are informed and these Terms are updated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into these Terms, and permitted to use LevantCash in your country of residence. We may restrict countries, users, activities, or payment methods for legal, security, provider, or contractual reasons.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information; complete required verification; keep your credentials secure; and promptly update relevant information. Each person may maintain only the number of accounts expressly permitted by LevantCash, normally one.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts, points, and rewards may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared.
4. The service
LevantCash may allow eligible users to access offers, games, surveys, referrals, and other activities supplied by LevantCash or third-party providers. Availability varies by country, profile, device, provider, and time. Displaying an activity does not guarantee eligibility, completion, payment, or a reward.
5. Points and rewards
LevantCash Points are an internal reward unit used within the platform. They are not legal tender, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, electronic money, or an investment. They have no value outside LevantCash except through redemption methods made available by the platform.
Points are credited only after applicable requirements are satisfied and completion is confirmed. Pending, rejected, duplicated, reversed, refunded, fraudulent, or incorrectly credited transactions may be withheld, corrected, or removed. Conversion rates, minimums, methods, and limits will be shown where applicable and may change prospectively.
6. Third-party activities
Third-party providers determine survey or offer eligibility, completion conditions, tracking, and confirmation. You must read and follow the instructions shown for each activity. We cannot guarantee that a provider will accept your participation or confirm completion.
When you leave LevantCash or open embedded third-party content, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply. Questions concerning a provider’s collection of survey responses should be directed to that provider, while reward-status questions may be submitted to LevantCash support.
7. Withdrawals and redemptions
Redemption is subject to the balance, minimum amount, verification, waiting period, method availability, geographic restrictions, fees, limits, and security review displayed at the time of the request. We may request additional information reasonably needed to verify identity, ownership, eligibility, or the legitimacy of rewards.
Processing times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of security checks, provider processing, holidays, technical issues, or inaccurate payment details. You are responsible for supplying correct destination information.
8. Fees, exchange rates, and taxes
Applicable fees and exchange information will be disclosed before confirmation where required. Third parties may charge separate fees or apply their own exchange rates. You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and other obligations arising from rewards or withdrawals in your jurisdiction.
9. Referrals and promotions
Referral or promotional rewards are subject to their published conditions. Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, misleading promotion, spam, unauthorized advertising, and manipulation of tracking are prohibited. We may cancel rewards connected to a violation.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use false identities, inaccurate profile information, multiple unauthorized accounts, bots, scripts, emulators, automation, or unauthorized devices.
- Use a VPN, proxy, location spoofing, traffic manipulation, or other method to misrepresent eligibility or evade controls.
- Submit dishonest survey responses or complete the same activity more than permitted.
- Interfere with tracking, callbacks, security, networks, software, or another user’s account.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, abuse, illegal conduct, infringement, harassment, or activity harmful to LevantCash, providers, or users.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the platform except where the law expressly permits it.
11. Verification and fraud prevention
We and our providers may review account, device, network, activity, transaction, and provider signals to prevent abuse. We may hold rewards or withdrawals, request verification, reject a transaction, restrict an activity, or conduct a manual review where reasonably necessary. Provider reversals or bans may result in related points being removed.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated; information is false; activity presents fraud, security, legal, or financial risk; a provider requires action; or continued service is not legally or technically possible.
Where appropriate, you may contact us to request review. We may retain information and records as described in the Privacy Policy after closure.
13. Intellectual property
LevantCash and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, content, trademarks, and materials. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how LevantCash processes personal information. By using third-party activities, you may also be subject to the provider’s separate privacy policy. Account registration requires an active acceptance of the applicable legal documents.
The collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, including its GDPR, UK GDPR, and California CCPA/CPRA notices.
15. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, reward rates, methods, or geographic availability. We aim to operate reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, third-party failures, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect the service.
16. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevantCash is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent services, decisions, survey content, products, acts, omissions, or data practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when services, providers, legal requirements, or the operating entity change. We will publish the new version and effective date and may require renewed acceptance before continued use if a change is material.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably before referring them to a competent court or authority.
